This page is a summary of all the handy cool tools I found on the web.

SharePoint

• SharePoint Manager 2007/2010 this little beauty gives you a look under the hood of your SharePoint portal. it’s a great way to find information or change things. One small note becarefull what you do cause you can also make a big mess of your portal as it will not work any more. So always make a snap shot first if you use VMware.
• Idera – SharePoint Performance Monitore is a great tool to show you some extra information about what your portal is doing. A nice part about this one is that it can sent e-mails when certain things happen.

 

Various

• Virtual Clonedrive can be handy if you need to mount and *.iso during an installation. you can create as many virtual drives until you hit the end of the alfabeth.
• Background info will give you some information about your system and puts it on your wallpaper. This can be verry handy if you work with many servers and you need to see the basic information straith away.
